You will receive a cordial welcome when you are admitted to our clinic for treatment. In most cases, admissions need to be pre-reserved, but we can take in a new admission within one day of making a reservation.
Health professionals, family, friends and even the clients themselves can give referrals with the assurance that they will be accepted. Our team is prepared to receive you upon arrival once you have confirmed your booking.
You will get to know our medical staff once you get to our centre and you will be shown around so you can get to know everything about it. We will provide you a welcome pack that will explain all that is necessary for you to know about your stay with us at the Sanctuary Lodge, along with a schedule of therapy sessions. Please call us when you cannot travel to our clinic on your own.
In the course of the very first 24 hours, we'll make arrangements for you to visit our detoxification specialist psychiatrist.
During this visit a complete evaluation of your mental and medical treatment requirements will be conducted. A complete detox program will be authorized if needed. The detox will then be carried out and controlled by our medical experts under a rigorous protocol.
It's important to note that you have to take with you any prescribed medications you have been taking, and also provide us any information regarding any recent surgery.
The psychiatrist will provide you with recommendations and emphasize any areas of your treatment that need specialist attention. We will make sure that anything that is emphasized or suggested is then included into your denoted treatment procedure because it is important to us that while you stay with us all of your rehabilitation requirements are fulfilled. In order to ensure that you are always receiving the best in healthcare at all times, our clinical director, counsellors and medical professionals will periodically and continually review your treatment plan.
Our hospitable employees will then assist you in settling in once your evaluation is done. Our personnel is always available to talk to and encourage you since we know how stressful and scary this experience can be for many patients.
